1. Can you confirm that you have formally requested that the Icelandic authorities ensure that Landsbanki Islands hf honours the parent guarantee to Landsbanki Guernsey Limited?
2. Can you confirm that you have made formal representations to the UK Treasury to return in full the deposits of Landsbanki Guernsey held in Heritable Bank London?
3. Have you asked the UK government to insist that any loan from the IMF or EU to Iceland includes a condition that Landsbanki Islands hf as a state owned company, honours its guarantees to subsidiaries?
4. In view of the UK’s role in freezing the UK assets of the Landsbanki Group, including Heritable Bank, has the Guernsey Authorities requested that the UK government guarantees the LG deposits in Heritable Bank in the absence of a guarantee from the Icelandic Government?
5. Has the UK Treasury acknowledged the presence of Landsbanki Guernsey assets in the UK? Please quantify.
6. What is the status of negotiations with UK regarding Landsbanki Guernsey assets held there?
7. What is the status of the UK Treasury delegations talks with Iceland? What actions / decisions have been made or taken with respect to Landsbanki Guernsey depositors in these talks?
8. What else is being done by Guernsey Authorities to protect/advance depositor interests?
